Family-owned Amsterdam DMC since 2014
ZOYO Travel has been based in Amsterdam since 2014 and is family-owned. We work for companies, business delegations, groups and families who want their trip in the Netherlands planned by people who live and work here.
Most of our work falls into three areas: incentive trips and corporate events, group tours through Amsterdam and the rest of the country, and private travel for families and small groups who expect a high level of service.

As a DMC we take care of everything that happens on the ground: arrivals at Schiphol, coaches and transfers, hotels and meeting venues, guides, restaurants and the programme itself. You brief us once, we come back with a proposal, and during the trip our team adjusts the plan when something changes.

DMC Amsterdam services
Private travel in Amsterdam and the Netherlands for families and small groups. We book the hotels, drivers and private guides, and add the details that are hard to arrange yourself, such as a private boat tour or hard-to-get museum tickets.
Incentive trips for teams and top performers. We build the programme around your goal, whether that is a reward, team building or time with clients, and arrange hotel, transport, dinners and activities as one package.
Day tours and multi-day programmes for groups, organised by our in-house tour operator. Amsterdam, the Zaanse Schans, the tulip fields in spring or cities such as Rotterdam and Utrecht: you choose the route, we arrange coach, guide and tickets.

Personal airport services
We meet your guests in the arrivals hall at Schiphol, help with luggage and take them to their transfer. For VIP guests and delegations we can arrange fast track through the airport. Send us the flight details and we plan the rest.
Transfer & coach services
From an executive sedan for one guest to coaches for large groups: our own transport division handles airport transfers, day trips, events and congress shuttles in Amsterdam and across the Netherlands.
Hotels & meetings
We suggest hotels and meeting venues that fit your budget, the size of your group and the purpose of the stay, from a board meeting to a leisure group, and handle the booking with the hotel.
Unique experiences
A private boat on the canals, a cheese tasting, dinner at a location that is normally closed to groups. We add these moments where they fit your programme, so the trip is more than a list of sights.
Guides & translators
Our guides speak 17 languages. Book a private guide for a walk through the canal district, a themed tour for your group, or a professional interpreter for meetings and company visits.
Chinese services
Our Chinese department works with Dutch companies that host delegations from China. We are CNTA ADS approved and arrange the programme, transport and interpreting, with attention to what Chinese guests expect from a visit to the Netherlands.
Restaurant services
From traditional Dutch food to Michelin-starred dining, we reserve restaurants that suit your group, your budget and the rest of the day’s programme.
VIP services
For VIP guests we arrange premium airport assistance, private drivers and access to places that are not open to the public. Everything is handled with discretion.
Travel agency
ZOYO Travel is also a full travel agency. Besides group programmes we arrange individual trips, transfers and hotel stays in the Netherlands, so you can book the whole journey with us.
